Custom-Made Resin Airtight Waterproof Zipper
Our TPU resin airtight waterproof zipper features a closed end and can be custom-ordered in lengths from 15 cm up to a massive 5000 cm.
This zipper is engineered from high-quality polyester (serving as the core of the zipper tape), premium TPU thermoplastic polyurethane for the encapsulation layer, sealing layers on both sides, and zipper teeth, along with a zinc alloy puller (slider) and other durable components.
Boasting outstanding airtightness, this resin zipper achieves IPX8 or higher waterproof ratings. Its smooth glide, flexibility, lighter feel, and sleek, streamlined appearance make it especially fit for advanced, high-end outdoor waterproof applications.

Testing Methods:
- Side Chain Breaking Test:
Use a zipper segment at least 60 mm long, clamped 25 mm from the end, with the upper edge of the element less than 10 mm from the clamp. Test at 110 mm per minute. - Reciprocating Test:
For zippers up to 100 cm, test at a slider speed of 10-15 meters per minute.
Advanced HF/RF Welded TPU Zipper Solutions
We offer high-frequency (HF) or radio-frequency (RF) welded airtight and waterproof zippers with TPU-coated fabric, ensuring robust airtightness and retaining air pressure above 60 KPa.
